The 1960s Hanna Barbera cartoon show - following the hijinks of Top Cat and his gang of New York City alley cats - gets a big screen CG animated makeover. Failing to prevent TC’s swindling ways, the new chief of police shoves Officer Dibble aside and takes matters into his own hands. Top Cat: The Movie is produced in Mexico where the character still enjoys a popular following, despite the original show existing as only a single, 30-episode season.
