French film about a young couple whose lives take a dramatic U-turn after the birth of their child. From writer/director Rémi Bezançon (The First Day of the Rest of Your Life) and stars Louise Bourgoin (The Extraordinary Adventures of Adèle Blanc-Sec) and Pio Marmaï (Living on Love Alone). When Barbara (Bourgoin) was a post-grad student, she fell for Nicholas (Marmaï), a DVD rental store clerk. A romantic bond ensues, and after their relationship matures, they decide to have a baby. However, when the nine months are up, Barbara and Nicholas struggle to adapt to their new priorities. Now, their once carefree lifestyle is eclipsed by their parental duties, involving restless nights, fatigue-driven arguments and Barbara’s inability to connect with her child.
