Synopsis
Seargant Nick Hartfield and his elite team of police divers investigate a series of brutal murders in New York harbor. As the July 4th celebrations begin, they realize that the deaths may not be murders after all but a series of feedings by a giant octopus and the feeding frenzy has barely begun.
