2012 OSCARS RED CARPET

A few years ago Kelly Osbourne, daughter of legendary rocker Ozzie Osbourne, was intimidated by red carpets and hated the dressing up process, now she is judging it. The 27 year-old, who is working at the Oscars as an E! Entertainment fashion correspondent, looks radiant and fun in a dazzle-dazzle number, with bright green diamante accents.
